Sherlock Seattle is now accepting applications for panelists, artists, and vendors for 2013!
Panelists: We are looking for artists, writers, vidders, podficcers, playwrights, historians, professors, and pretty much anyone that does something Sherlockian. Please email
To panel or not to panel this year? I’d love to do it again if there’s interest/space, especially because last year we ran into some technical issues at the start of our podfic panel, thus starting late and ending up not having enough time to get into the actual how-to part of the panel that I know most people who showed up were looking forward to.
Sherlock Seattle-ites who’re coming this year: what do you guys think? If some of us podficcers who’re going again this year did another podfic panel, but this time focused entirely on actual how-to topics like navigating Audacity/GarageBand/other recording software, effects, etc., would you be interested?
Anyone who cares to, please do reblog, reply, or PM me, I’d love to hear your opinions!
Cheers,
Cellar Door

welcome to drunk in .2 seconds
Yep, we’d all be passed out and drooling before the opening credits of ASiP were over. I still want to play. I vote we (the of-drinking-age folks at least) just stage a giant watch-along sometime and do it :)

Fuck, yes. Rimming is not specifically my sort of kink, but as…Yes. Ditto. utterly hot.
Who likes rimming? This girl. Hell yes.
When peevee updates, angels cry, water turns to wine, mountains crumble to the sea, and puppies and rainbows burst from thin air. True story.
commission for gingerhaole!
This was a surprise grab bag kinda thing. Again, prang watercolors, watercolor pencils, prismacolor pens, india ink, copic markers, and 4H pencil lead.

It happens instantaneously, but it takes years.
It’s like looking up at the stars and spinning around with your arms out and letting gravity take you.Reader’s Squee:
This is the story of the Holmes Brothers, starting at the very beginning, until the moment they meet John. It’s wonderful headcanon material; such a thoughtful, credible rendition of their childhood, youth and development, and especially of the development of their relationship - it IS Holmescest (though no too graphic sex scenes), and I deeply love it as a Holmescest fic, but I love it even more as a Holmes ‘Brotherly Love’ story. Wonderfully written. I’ve spent far too much time with this text for the podfic, and it has only increased my admiration for the author.

Z made a podfic! Between this, my re-listen of lunchee’s excellent Genie’s Blog podfic, and some new bands I just discovered, it’s going to be this…

…kind of a day.

We interrupt this program to bring you this breaking report:
Tumblr user Cellar Door has been transfixed by this gif for the past 10 minutes straight and is showing no signs of stopping.
“It’s…just…so…graceful…” she told reporters while staring at her laptop screen in what can only be described as slack-jawed awe.
We have to agree, she’s got a point.
Updates as we get them.
